Raised in Remote Western Australia, Kristen is passionate about delivering a high-standard of care to children who are at risk due to living in rural and remote communities. After working in Melbourne as a paediatric physiotherapist specialising in working with children with complex and rare genetic, neurological and medical conditions, Kristen moved to Far North Queensland to pursue her true passion and deliver person-centred care to children located in isolated areas.
Kristen believes in adopting a person-centred biopsychosocial model of care, to develop an individual treatment plan to achieve the best outcomes for children and their families.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys skateboarding, surfing, scuba diving and camping with her lovely canine companion, OhDear.
